Spend 1–2 weeks of your summer serving alongside local laborers among unreached people groups in Memphis, TN through a one-week summer camp experience. You’ll engage relationally with children and community members while supporting gospel-centered outreach. This internship offers hands-on exposure to cross-cultural ministry and disciplemaking in an urban context.
Interns will serve as part of a team, assist with camp programming and community outreach, and learn from practitioners who are actively investing in long-term gospel work in Memphis. Flexibility, humility, and a willingness to learn are essential as you partner with local laborers in both relational and task-oriented ministry.
Must be a high school graduate with proficiency in English. The local team values ongoing spiritual formation and a willingness to learn in cross-cultural ministry settings. Prior experience in ministry, camps, community development, education, or intercultural studies is beneficial but not required.
Applicants should value community-oriented work, relational ministry, and serving among unreached people groups. Ability to work well on a team, flexibility, and a teachable spirit are essential. Basic familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace) is helpful but not required.
